All Mountain Celebrations courses are Self-Learning courses.
You will be assigned an Assessor throughout the duration of the course, they are not a Tutor.
You are solely responsible for sourcing any up to date Government information.
You will need to have access to and the ability to use Microsoft Office.
If Mountain Celebrations need to update the course content, you are responsible for downloading the amended version.
You must be able to upload video recordings of you delivering course content, where required.
All coursework must be uploaded to your Assessor via the Member's Area of our website. We cannot accept hard copies.
All Course fee’s are paid in full, before access to the online course can be granted.
There will be a 14 day cooling off period before you are given access to your course, this is to give the legal right to change your mind.
After the 14 days you will be issued access to the training area of our website. This will give you full access to all or your course, also instructions on how to work through your course and how to upload your work to your assessor.
If the said candidate cancels their place on course after the 14 day cut off point, then no refund will be given.
Candidates must make themselves aware of their legal rights in cancellation before they sign this contract.
All candidates have 12 months from the day they receive access to their course to complete their work. You will be working at your own pace, but we will be with you all the way to assist in advice and clarify any questions that you might have. After the 12 month period if work has not been complete we will ask the NOCN for an extension but this is NOT guaranteed.
If you have any queries or questions, please fee free to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
